PROCESS

| An overview of the touristic demographics found in the area;

| Detailed insights on visitor's motivations to be there, as well as the uncovering of the many layers of complexity of the space;

| Insights on the behaviours of other actors involved in the interaction, such as photographers, drivers and local pedestrians;

| MAIN INSIGHT: crossing Abbey Road is an intense emotional experience to more than half of visitors, regardless of age;

| One concept AR intervention meant to enhance the experience of crossing the being photographed crossing and taking a photograph;

| One concept physical intervention in to enhance the experience of crossing and lower annoyance levels of drivers.
